Jarl Hill - Executive Director

Jarl has been the Executive Director of Bethel Christian Camp since 2002.  Jarl grew up as a missionary kid in Spain where his parents worked as church planters.  Prior to working at Bethel he was a High School teacher, during which time he and his wife volunteered at Bethel.  Jarl and his wife, Elisa, were married in 1993 and have three boys.

ELISA HILL - OFFICE MANAGER

Elisa has worked as the Office Manager and Registrar of Bethel Christian Camp since 2002.  She is a skilled administrator.  During the summer, as the camp mom, she is known by all as Mama 'Lisa.  During the Spring and Fall she coordinates all group retreats.  Prior to coming to Bethel Elisa used her Elementary Education degree to teach and then to home school her three boys.

jason arrington - program director

Jason has been serving as Program Director of Bethel since January 2022. Originally from Norfolk, Virginia, he brings over two decades of experience working with ministries, non-profits, and youth and has been involved with Bethel Christian Camp in various capacities for over 23 years. Jason and his wife, Christine, have been married since 1999 and have four children.

Elease “skippy” Anderson - assistant program director

Skippy has been involved with Bethel since 2003, first as a Senior Counselor, and then as the Girls Head Counselor for over 18 summers. As the Assistant Program Director, she will use her extensive camp experience and background as a PE teacher to help plan and coordinate summer activities. Skippy enjoys running, CrossFit, coffee, mentoring young adults, and all things USC.
